1. Ensure coaching starts at the top and is supported by the ‘top’!
Many organisations are recognising that coaching is a form of art that all managers of folks that and teams must have actually. Based on the notes, timeline and prep sheet, I create a simple agenda that I will use to try to coaching session to normal and on time. Now I’m ready to make the letter!

Maintaining Control
